About the Job you are considering:

We are looking for a Databricks Engineer who can design, develop and maintain scalable data solutions on the Databricks Lakehouse Platform to support analytics reporting and AIML initiatives

Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role:

  • Build and optimize ETLELT pipelines using Databricks PySpark and Spark SQL

  • Develop and manage data workflows Delta Lake tables and data transformations

  • Integrate data from multiple sources and cloud platforms AzureAWSGCP

  • Monitor troubleshoot and optimize performance of Databricks workloads

  • Implement data quality security and governance best practices
Collaborate with architects analysts and business stakeholders to deliver data solutions
  • Your Skills:

  • Handson experience with Databricks PySpark Python and SQL

  • Strong knowledge of Delta Lake and data warehousing concepts

  • Experience with cloud platforms preferably Azure Databricks

  • Familiarity with CICD Git and data integration tools ADF Kafka etc
Strong problemsolving and communication skills
