We are now growing our Data Strategy \& Analytics team and are looking for experienced consultants who want to help clients unlock real value from data.
Your role:
As a Data Strategy \& Analytics Consultant, you will work where business meets data and technology. You will help clients make data a strategic asset, shaping direction while driving execution.
This role offers a high degree of responsibility, variety, and influence, with opportunities to work across industries and collaborate closely with experts in analytics, AI, design, and technology across Capgemini Invent.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead or contribute to data strategy initiatives with clear business impact
- Own key deliveries and workstreams in close collaboration with clients
- Design data governance models (operating models, roles, decision structures)
- Help shape modern data platforms and architectures
- Drive insight led decision making through analytics and reporting
- Contribute to the growth of Capgemini Invent’s data strategy offering
- 3\+ years of experience in data, analytics, technology, or consulting
- Master’s degree in technology, economics, or similar (experience can compensate)
- Background as a data engineer, analyst, business analyst, or consultant
- Solid understanding of data platforms and cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Power BI, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.)
- Able to explain complex topics to both technical and non technical stakeholders
