<p>A recent graduate or professional with 1 to 3 years of experience, with hands-on experience working with LLMs and a passion for generative AI and NLP. <h3><strong>What You Will Do</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with the team to design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art models for client projects and internal tools. </li>
<li>Develop and integrate agentic AI solutions using tool calling, and emerging protocols like Model Context Protocol (MCP) to create autonomous, context-aware applications.</li>
<li>Research and implement innovative generative AI applications to solve complex business problems. </li>
<li>Design and implement comprehensive evaluation frameworks to measure LLM performance, establishing quality metrics and benchmarks that guide development decisions and ensure reliable, production-ready solutions.</li>
<li>Optimize the performance, scalability, and usability of LLM-powered products and tools. </li>
<li>Contribute to the deployment and maintenance of AI systems, including models, APIs, and supporting infrastructure. </li>
<li>Participate in technical discussions and brainstorming sessions to shape impactful solutions.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>What You Bring</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>A degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, physics, or a related field. </li>
<li>Experience working with LLMs, generative AI, or advanced NLP applications (e.g., fine-tuning models, using frameworks like Hugging Face or OpenAI).</li>
<li> Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI and NLP libraries.</li>
<li> Analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with an ability to address real-world challenges through AI. </li>
<li>Good communication skills in English, Dutch or French; additional languages are a plus. </li>
<li>A growth mindset, adaptability, and eagerness to work in a fast-paced, cutting-edge environment.</li>
