Data Platform Lead Administrator

Location: Near\-site, Luxembourg

Working mode: Teleworking by default, with regular/ad hoc on\-site presence in Luxembourg when required

Availability: Candidate must be able to reach the CJEU premises in Luxembourg within 2 hours by ground transport, and within 3 hours in case of emergency

Workload: Part of an expected combined 1 FTE workload with the Data Delivery Manager role

Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Platform Lead Administrator to manage and ensure the reliability, security, performance and operational continuity of enterprise data platforms in a European institutional environment. The consultant will be responsible for hybrid platform administration, including on\-premises and cloud components, secure agents, integrations, access controls, platform configurations, deployments, incidents, upgrades and source connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the operational management, reliability, security and performance of enterprise data platforms.


• Administer hybrid data platform architecture across on\-premises and cloud environments.


• Manage secure agents, integrations, access controls and platform configurations.


• Coordinate deployments, upgrades, incident management and source connectivity.


• Monitor platform performance, availability and optimisation.


• Support platform configuration, troubleshooting and operational documentation.


• Coordinate with architecture, security, infrastructure, integration and delivery teams.


• Ensure that data platform administration activities follow enterprise standards and operational best practices.

• At least 3 years of completed university studies in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a closely related field.


• Informatica data platform certification, e.g. Informatica Cloud Data Integration Developer or equivalent.


• Data Architecture certification, e.g. DAMA CDMP Associate Level or equivalent.


• Proven experience with Informatica data platforms.


• Experience with hybrid architecture, including on\-premises and cloud environments.


• Experience with secure agents, integrations and access controls.


• Experience with platform configuration, monitoring, optimisation, deployment, incident management and upgrade management.


• English or French at minimum B2 CEFR level, spoken and written.


• Near\-site availability in Luxembourg, with the ability to reach the CJEU premises within the required timeframe.
