<p data-start="230" data-end="608">KKR is building an enterprise Data Operations group to collect, manage, and harness the power of data across our diverse business activities. The Data Operations Center of Excellence (CoE) is a cross-functional team dedicated to defining and driving KKR’s enterprise data strategy while providing the operating leverage required to bring these strategies and frameworks to life.</p>
<p data-start="610" data-end="941">KKR are hiring an <strong data-start="627" data-end="661">Assistant Vice President (AVP)</strong> within the Data Operations CoE to lead Finance Reporting & Data. This individual will drive a transformation program to consolidate financial reporting across multiple internal sources and external fund administrators, creating a unified and scalable reporting model for Finance.</p>
<p data-start="943" data-end="1478">The <strong data-start="947" data-end="981">Assistant Vice President (AVP)</strong> will balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution, shaping the roadmap for Finance reporting while designing, implementing, and operating the processes and solutions required to support ongoing BAU reporting. The role requires deep knowledge of finance and fund reporting, strong technical fluency with modern reporting platforms and data tools, and the ability to partner with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and Technology to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable reporting.</p>
<h3 data-section-id="132jz6r" data-start="1485" data-end="1514">ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</h3>
<ul>
<li><strong data-start="1516" data-end="1546">Transformation Leadership:</strong> Drive a firmwide program to consolidate and modernize financial reporting across internal sources and fund administrators.</li>
<li><strong data-start="1671" data-end="1694">Reporting Delivery:</strong> Own the design, build, and execution of financial reporting processes and outputs (management, investor, and regulatory), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.</li>
<li><strong data-start="1866" data-end="1891">Hands-On Solutioning:</strong> Design reporting models, dashboards, and data pipelines leveraging Snowflake and BI/reporting platforms.</li>
<li><strong data-start="1998" data-end="2016">BAU Oversight:</strong> Oversee day-to-day Finance reporting processes, ensuring robust controls, efficiency, and scalability.</li>
<li><strong data-start="2121" data-end="2149">Stakeholder Partnership:</strong> Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Technology to capture requirements, align priorities, and deliver high-quality reporting outputs.</li>
<li><strong data-start="2291" data-end="2315">Process Improvement:</strong> Identify opportunities to automate reporting, reduce manual intervention, and standardize outputs across Finance.</li>
<li><strong data-start="2431" data-end="2452">Data Integration:</strong> Oversee the integration of administrator and third-party data into core Finance reporting models to enable consolidated views.</li>
<li><strong data-start="2581" data-end="2608">Metrics & Transparency:</strong> Define and publish KPIs on reporting timeliness, accuracy, and process efficiency for senior stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
<h3 data-section-id="xnsdnr" data-start="2722" data-end="2739">QUALIFICATIONS</h3>
<ul>
<li data-start="2743" data-end="2906">Significant experience in finance reporting, financial operations, or data/reporting management within asset management, preferably within alternative investments.</li>
<li data-start="2909" data-end="3038">Deep expertise in finance reporting processes, including management reporting, fund/investor reporting, and regulatory reporting.</li>
<li data-start="3041" data-end="3171">Hands-on experience with Snowflake (or a comparable cloud data warehouse) and BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Sigma, Tableau).</li>
<li data-start="3174" data-end="3303">Proven ability to lead transformation programs that unify reporting across disparate data sources and third-party administrators.</li>
<li data-start="3306" data-end="3454">Strong problem-solving and solution design skills, with the ability to translate finance requirements into scalable reporting processes and outputs.</li>
<li data-start="3457" data-end="3553">Experience balancing strategic program leadership with hands-on execution in reporting delivery.</li>
<li data-start="3556" data-end="3697">Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to clearly present reporting outputs and insights to senior stakeholders.</li>
<li data-start="3700" data-end="3817">Demonstrated leadership skills, including team management, stakeholder influence, and cross-functional collaboration.</li>
<li data-start="3820" data-end="3908">Strong cultural alignment: team-oriented, results-driven, proactive, and high integrity.</li>
</ul>
<h3 data-section-id="g36tqa" data-start="3915" data-end="3942">PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</h3>
<ul>
<li data-start="3946" data-end="4017">Background in alternative investments or complex multi-asset platforms.</li>
<li data-start="4020" data-end="4133">Experience working directly with fund administrators and integrating administrator data into reporting processes.</li>
<li data-start="4136" data-end="4229">Familiarity with financial systems and their integration into enterprise reporting solutions.</li>
