As a Data Migration Analyst you will be a member of the Professional Services team. Reporting to the Data Migration Lead, you will be responsible for undertaking gap analysis to identify where our product functionality does not yet meet the requirements of migrated data or business processes, and for documenting clear, actionable requirements to close those gaps. You will ultimately play a pivotal role within the transfer of live performing loans from one external platform to one of our own internal credit management products, ensuring the receiving product is fit for purpose before go\-live. A proven track record of gap analysis and requirements documentation within data migration, business analysis or financial services change projects is essential for this role.

This position requires close collaboration with our Group Consultants, Directors and Product teams. Your ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, and to confidently manage expectations at executive level, will be vital as you identify, document and validate product and requirements gaps ahead of migration. Experience of regulatory influences within various countries across the EMEA will also greatly enhance your effectiveness in this role.

This is a client\-facing role where you will be expected to attend and confidently lead client and stakeholder meetings.
