KC Group are recruiting on behalf of a leading educational organisation for a Temporary Data Entry Administrator. An Enhanced DBS or registration on the DBS Update Service is essential for the role.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to support with the accurate input of student GCSE grades for incoming Sixth Form and College students.

Key Details of the Data Entry role:

• Temporary 2-week assignment


• £13.50 per hour


• 37 hours per week


• Monday to Thursday: 9:00am - 5:00pm


• Friday finish at 4:30pm


• On-site role based in Birmingham City Centre (B3)


• Immediate start available

Responsibilities of the Data Entry include:

• Accurately input student GCSE results onto internal systems


• Verify information and resolve any discrepancies


• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive student data


• Support the wider administrative team as required

Requirements of the Data Entry Includes:

• Strong attention to detail


• Good data entry and IT skills


• Previous administration experience desirable


• Enhanced DBS Certificate or registered on the DBS Update Service is essential
