Accountabilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines and cloud-based data architectures to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.

  • Build and maintain advanced SQL procedures and transformations within Snowflake environments to ensure efficient data processing and performance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to support the delivery of reliable and high-quality data solutions for international stakeholders.

  • Work with ETL processes and tools, including supporting integrations and orchestration activities related to data workflows.

  • Contribute to the migration, transformation, and management of large datasets while ensuring data integrity and consistency.

  • Support the continuous improvement of data engineering practices, automation processes, and system performance optimization.

  • Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues across data platforms and infrastructure.

  • Communicate effectively with remote international teams and contribute proactively within Agile development environments.

Requirements


  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Data Engineering or related technical roles.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake and advanced SQL development, including the creation of SQL procedures.

  • Solid understanding of ETL concepts and experience working with modern data transformation workflows.

  • Familiarity with Matillion or similar ETL tools is considered a strong advantage.

  • Experience working with AWS services, particularly S3 storage, is a plus.

  • Strong knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and cloud-based data architectures.

  • Ability to work independently in fully remote and international environments while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies, Git, CI/CD processes, and collaborative development practices is highly desirable.
