We are looking for a Data Engineer to join a global SaaS platform team and contribute to the evolution of cross\-platform analytics capabilities, enabling data\-driven insights across customer service and omnichannel operations.

What You'll Do
------------------

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytical data models.


• Integrate data from platforms such as Genesys Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, CX systems, and other enterprise sources.


• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes, batch and near real\-time data pipelines.


• Ensure data quality, governance, traceability, and observability.


• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, BI, and Engineering teams to support reporting, AI, and business insights initiatives.


• Contribute to modern analytics and event\-driven architectures.

• Proven experience in Data Engineering and cloud\-based data platforms.


• Strong expertise in SQL, analytical data modeling, and data transformation.


• Experience with ETL/ELT frameworks, REST APIs, and batch/near real\-time processing.


• Hands\-on experience with AWS and/or Azure, Data Lakes, and analytical environments.


• Knowledge of data governance, lineage, quality controls, and monitoring practices.


• Ability to translate business and reporting requirements into scalable data solutions.
