Responsibilities
As a Data Engineer / Analyst, you will be at the heart of our client onboarding process. You will join the Integration team, whose core mission is to ensure the complete and structured migration of data from our clients' legacy business software to padoa solutions.
Instead of traditional KPI reporting, your role is focused on pure business data transformation: moving data from source systems into our target database with high precision.
Key Missions:
- SQL Transformation: Map and transform legacy database structures into padoa\-compatible SQL to ensure successful data injection.
- Business Logic Application: Translate business requirements (related to leads, pricing, and practitioner data) into technical transformation rules.
- Data Quality: Clean and uniformize incoming data to ensure high performance and reliability for our end users.
- Team Collaboration: Work within a bi\-national team, transitioning from French support towards full autonomy for the German market by 2027\.
Profile
- Experience: 1\.5 to 3 years in a Data\-centric role (Data Engineer, Analyst, or Solution Architect).
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL is mandatory. A focus on data mapping and business logic transformation.
- Mindset: Highly organized, detail\-oriented, and eager to learn the specifics of the German HealthTech market.
- Languages: Fluent in German. Good command of English and/or French.
