Data Delivery Manager

Location: Near\-site, Luxembourg

Working mode: Teleworking by default, with regular/ad hoc on\-site presence in Luxembourg when required

Availability: Candidate must be able to reach the CJEU premises in Luxembourg within 2 hours by ground transport, and within 3 hours in case of emergency

Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Delivery Manager to support the end\-to\-end delivery of data management services in a European institutional environment. The consultant will be responsible for coordinating data\-related activities across architecture, integration, data quality, master data management, analytics and documentation, while ensuring proper planning, risk management, resource coordination and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Be accountable for the end\-to\-end delivery of data management services.


• Coordinate activities related to data architecture, integration, data quality, MDM, analytics and documentation.


• Manage planning, delivery follow\-up, resource allocation, risks, issues and continuous improvement actions.


• Ensure alignment with enterprise data governance and data architecture standards.


• Coordinate stakeholders across business, IT, architecture, governance and delivery teams.


• Support reporting, prioritisation, service delivery monitoring and delivery quality assurance.


• Ensure that delivery commitments, timelines and service expectations are properly managed.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in ICT, including at least 3 years related to Data Delivery Management activities.


• At least 5 years of experience in Data Management.


• At least 5 years of experience in Project Management.


• Experience in at least one project lasting minimum 1 year with a budget of at least EUR 2 million.


• At least 3 years of completed university studies in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a closely related field.


• IT Service Management certification, e.g. ITIL Foundation or equivalent.


• Data Architecture and Governance certification, e.g. DAMA CDMP Associate Level or equivalent.


• English or French at minimum B2 CEFR level, spoken and written.


• Near\-site availability in Luxembourg, with the ability to reach the CJEU premises within the required timeframe.
