Data and Reporting Analyst

London or Southampton Hybrid Competitive salary plus bonus

This is a chance to join a high growth fintech where finance reporting and analytics sit at the heart of decision making. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, owning reporting that directly supports performance, risk, and growth.

The Role and Responsibilities

  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and ad hoc finance reporting and analysis

  • Design and document reporting solutions with finance and business teams

  • Prepare and manage data across multiple platforms with a focus on accuracy

  • Build and maintain BI dashboards using tools such as QuickSight, DBT, and Airflow

  • Support audit, due diligence, and financial reporting requirements

Your Skills and Experience
  • Strong commercial experience in reporting, analytics, and financial analysis

  • Advanced SQL capability, ideally using Postgres or Redshift

  • Experience working with large relational datasets and BI tools

  • Strong Excel skills and ability to translate business requirements into data outputs

  • Proactive, detail focused, and comfortable working independently
