About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Data \& AI Project Manager to lead strategic data, analytics and artificial intelligence initiatives within a complex enterprise environment.

You will connect business and technology teams, ensuring effective planning, governance, stakeholder alignment and delivery. This role offers the opportunity to manage high\-impact initiatives while providing clear visibility to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Data \& AI projects, programmes and portfolios from planning through delivery.


• Coordinate multidisciplinary business, data and technology stakeholders.


• Manage roadmaps, priorities, dependencies, risks, issues and actions.


• Lead governance forums, steering committees and executive reporting.


• Monitor budgets, resources, capacity, suppliers, KPIs and expected benefits.


• Support demand intake, prioritisation and adoption programmes.


• Translate technical and business topics into clear plans, decisions and actions.


• Produce and maintain project plans, RAID logs, decision logs, dependency maps, governance packs, process maps, playbooks and status reports.

Mandatory Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in project, programme or portfolio management.


• Proven experience managing Data, Analytics or AI initiatives in complex enterprise environments.


• Strong stakeholder management and cross\-functional coordination skills.


• Experience with project governance, PMO and executive reporting.


• Strong knowledge of Agile and hybrid delivery models.


• Experience with RAID management, roadmap planning and dependency management.


• Experience with resource, capacity, financial and benefits tracking.


• Knowledge of Data \& AI operating models, data platforms and data governance.


• Experience with analytics delivery, AI initiatives, adoption or data literacy programmes.


• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, Teams, SharePoint and Planner or equivalent tools.


• Portuguese and English at B2 level or higher.


• Availability to work in Lisbon twice per week.

Nice to Have

Certifications or training in PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe, Portfolio Management, Data, AI, Cloud, Change Management or Process Improvement.
