Assignment Description

We are looking for:

An experienced data and analytics leader who can help provide leadership to an existing team of 5, execute a set of strategic questions, and helping us assess what the right long\-term data capability and profile looks like for the organization.

The strategic height is the most important part of the role, as we have a team in place for operations.

Assignment until the end of the year, preferably with 1/2 weeks availability before July 11 to secure onboarding with the outgoing employee

The process will be conducted on a rolling basis. Please get in touch if this opportunity is of interest, as the requirement is urgent and we aim to move forward as soon as possible

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a strong technical foundation in data, someone who understands the real complexity of the data space from experience, not just in theory.

They will have led teams with diverse competences and can draw on a clear sense of what good looks like to help us evaluate our options and make confident recommendations.

The ability to hit the ground running in a distributed organisation is essential.

Fluency in both Norwegian and English is required.
