As a Data Analyst, you'll go beyond traditional dashboards and ticket queues – you will work cross-functionally with internal teams and business partners to leverage that foundation, delivering recommendations that drive decision-making.</p>

<li><strong>Reframe Business Problems</strong>: Work within a project team to turn reactive requests into structured analytical questions</li>
<li><strong>Work with Trusted Data: </strong>Use your technical skills to navigate centrally managed datasets – spending your time on analysis, not data wrangling</li>

<h4><strong>What We Are Looking For:</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li><strong>Technical Baseline: </strong>Functional proficiency in SQL and basic Python (pandas/EDA) to self-serve from centrally managed datasets</li>
<li><strong>Structured Problem Solving: </strong>Ability to break down ambiguous business questions, validate assumptions, and align on scope before diving into analysis.</li>
<li><strong>Business Curiosity: </strong>Energized by partnering with business leads, curious about unit economics and commercial drivers, and passionate about connecting technical analysis directly to financial outcomes. </li>
<li><strong>Clear Communication:</strong> Ability to package complex quantitative data into concise narratives that non-technical partners can act on immediately.</li>
<li><strong>Ownership & Growth Mindse</strong>t: A self-starter who takes full accountability for their work, consistently seeks feedback, learns from setbacks, and strives for continuous growth.</li>
<li><strong>Highly Collaborative:</strong> Thrives in a cross-functional environment, partnering tightly alongside technical partners and business leads to achieve shared goals.</li>

<p><strong>Compensation: </strong>The base pay range for this position is $84,000-$94,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.<br><br></p><div class="content-conclusion"><div>
