Why this role matters

In this role, you will analyze marketing data from our own systems, campaigns, and customer interactions, not relying on external research agencies but working directly with the data we generate ourselves every day. You collect, interpret, and translate complex marketing data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations that help improve campaign performance, lead generation, conversion, and customer journeys.

You will play an active role in building a culture of testing, learning, and continuous optimization. Together with the marketing team, you will set up and guide A/B tests, motivate teams to experiment more, and help them make decisions based on data instead of assumptions. Based on test results and performance insights, you will provide concrete recommendations to optimize campaigns, funnels, content, targeting, and conversion rates.

In addition, you will contribute to the development of AI agents and smart automations that help make marketing insights more accessible, improve reporting, and support teams with faster and smarter decision\-making.

You will create dashboards and performance reports that provide clear visibility into marketing results for stakeholders across the organization. Besides being strong analytically, you are also able to communicate insights clearly and translate complex data into practical business recommendations.

You will report to the marketing director, work closely with campaign management, channel marketeers and other marketing teams within Priva, acting as a sparring partner on data, performance, and optimization.

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret our own marketing and campaign data

  • Build dashboards and marketing performance reports

  • Translate data into actionable insights and optimization recommendations

  • Set up, guide, and analyze A/B tests together with our marketing hubs

  • Encourage and support teams in becoming more data\-driven

  • Help improve funnel performance, campaign effectiveness, and conversion rates

  • Develop AI agents and smart automations for marketing insights
What do you bring?
  • Experience as a Data Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or Digital Analyst

  • Strong affinity with marketing analytics, dashboards, and performance optimization

  • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and conversion optimization

  • Interest in AI, automation, and data\-driven marketing

  • Strong communication skills

  • Experience within an international or B2B environment is a plus

  • You are fluent in English and Dutch (German or Spanish is a plus)
What you get

In numbers

  • A gross monthly salary between €3,000 and €4,000 based on 40 hours, depending on experience. For this job, 32 hours a week is also an option.
