Are you highly organised, detail\-oriented, and passionate about working with data?

We're looking for a Data Analyst to join our Global Data Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast\-paced international environment, partnering with clients and colleagues across the world to ensure critical business data is accurate, complete, and delivered seamlessly.
You'll play a key role in supporting new client implementation, managing data quality processes, and helping clients successfully transition into our systems. Your work will directly contribute to delivering an outstanding customer experience and maintaining the integrity of our operations. What You'll Be Doing* Manage the implementation of utility bill payment programmes for new clients.

  • Coordinate the onboarding of clients into internal systems.

  • Own delivery of utility bill payment programmes for your designated clients

  • Work closely with clients to open, transfer, and close facilities.

  • Collect, validate, and maintain important client data.

  • Produce and analyse reports to support business operations.

  • Monitor data quality and identify opportunities for process improvements.

  • Collaborate with Client Management and operational teams across multiple regions.

  • Ensure information flows efficiently and accurately throughout the organisation.

What We're Looking For

You'll ideally bring:* Experience in data analysis, data management, or reporting.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.

  • Excellent numerical and analytical ability.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.

  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.

  • A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Nice to Have* Experience in finance, accounting, billing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working with large datasets or data quality processes.

  • Experience supporting clients or customer\-facing operations.

For this UK based position, the expected pay range is GBP 32,000 \- GBP 48,000 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short\-term incentives. The compensation range for this full\-time position applies to candidates located within the United Kingdom. Our pay ranges are determined by the local market.
