I'm hiring a Data Analyst for a fast-growing healthcare technology business helping reduce patient waiting lists and improve access to clinical services.
This is a genuinely unique role sitting between finance, analytics, and operational reporting, offering plenty of ownership and exposure to senior stakeholders.
The company A healthcare technology and services business. The business already supports multiple major contracts and continues to grow rapidly, generating large volumes of operational and financial data that underpin commercial decision-making.

There is currently a significant volume of historic data that needs reviewing, reconciling, and loading into reporting systems, so this role will suit someone who enjoys getting hands-on with data while also improving processes and reporting frameworks.
What you'll be doing • Own and develop finance reporting and management information.
- Maintain forecasting, cash flow, and business planning models.
- Reconcile data across Xero, SQL and Power BI.
- Analyse patient activity, contract performance, volumes, and financial outcomes.
- Produce reporting for senior leadership covering: • Cash performance
- Contract performance
- Patient volumes
- Forecasts and business performance
- Investigate discrepancies across large datasets and improve data quality.
- Build new reports and improve existing reporting processes.
- Partner closely with Finance and IT to improve analytical capability across the business.
- Strong SQL, Power BI, and Excel skills
- Experience working with large datasets and reconciliations
- Ability to turn data into meaningful commercial insight
- Strong attention to detail
