Data Analyst:

We are seeking a Data Analyst to support our Data Sciences Team in Data \& Digital Operations area.

The candidate will join a consolidated multidisciplinary team with top level experience in assay development, High Throughput Screening (HTS), compound management, data analysis, and lab automation as well as IT experts who have developed and implemented a set of tools, database systems, and data analysis methodologies.

The candidate will be dedicated to the support of different projects by conducting all aspects of data management, analysis, and reporting.

Good communication skills are critical, for both the interaction with the scientists of the team as well as for the interactions and discussions with our international clients.

Beside a broad range of knowledge and skills inherent to data analysis methodologies, statistics, data handling, interaction with complex databases, and data graphing and visualization; the ideal candidate will have a background in Data Analysis.

The successful candidate must have a high level of self\-motivation, attention to detail, sense of responsibility, independence, and ability to thrive in a goal and team\-oriented setting.

Major responsibilities:

Analyse the results of HTS campaigns, conducted on a very broad variety of assay types among biochemical or cell\-based assays with either luminescence or fluorescence\-based detections, and generate presentation or written reports in English.

Required qualifications and experience:

Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Biotechnology/Statistic/Data Science

Experience in data processing, data visualization, data interpretation

Advanced level in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point

Drive for attention to detail with excellent problem\-solving skills and organisational capability

Working professionally in a highly collaborative environment on multiple tasks, especially under occasional high\-pressure situations

Manage and analyse multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals

Strong communication skills and fast learner

Experience with HTS data processing, analysis, and data management are highly desirable

Knowledge of Genedata Screener Data Analysis Software is a plus

Knowledge of R and/or Python Software is a plus

Experience in the usage of Prism, Knime and Dotmatics Vortex or alternative similar software for data analysis and management are a plus

Fluent English (spoken and written). Any additional languages knowledge is a plus
