Cybersecurity Project Manager

This is your mission

Are you passionate about delivering secure, large\-scale technology projects? Then this position is for you.

As a Cybersecurity Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading cybersecurity initiatives and ensuring their successful delivery across multidisciplinary teams in our ecosystem.

Build side:

• Define and develop comprehensive project plans aligned with cybersecurity objectives


• Coordinate with Enterprise Architecture, Security, IT Operations, and Development teams across all project phases


• Drive project execution from design through implementation with strong governance


• Ensure adherence to scope, budget, and timelines through structured project management practices


• Identify project risks early and develop mitigation and contingency plans


• Facilitate cross\-functional collaboration and promote a strong cybersecurity culture


• Implement project management methodologies and best practices to improve delivery efficiency

• Monitor project progress and produce detailed reporting on milestones and deliverables


• Communicate proactively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency


• Track performance indicators and ensure continuous improvement of processes


• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs effectively


• Resolve issues quickly by coordinating with technical and business stakeholders


• Maintain high standards of quality and compliance within cybersecurity projects


• Support knowledge sharing and continuous optimization of project execution frameworks

You have at least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering environments and 3 years of experience in project management roles. You enjoy working in complex environments and are constantly innovating. You are looking for a collaborative environment where your ideas matter and where cybersecurity and project delivery go hand in hand.

You have built strong experience in managing cybersecurity projects in demanding environments and are motivated to grow toward leadership roles in cybersecurity governance, program management, or strategic transformation. You thrive in environments where collaboration, performance, and innovation are key drivers.

This is your expertise:

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains (IAM, network security, etc.)


• Knowledge of project management methodologies, processes, and frameworks


• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST SP800 series)


• Experience with cybersecurity technologies and tools


• Certification in project management (PMP, Prince2\) – nice to have


• Cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISA) – nice to have


• Knowledge of structured project methodologies – nice to have

• Strong accountability and ownership in decision\-making


• Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills


• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross\-functional and international teams


• Proactive communicator with strong stakeholder management capabilities


• Continuous improvement mindset with focus on efficiency and quality
