We are currently looking for a new member for the IT team to join us in the position of Cybersecurity \& IT Compliance Manager.
Working Place: Sonae Sierra's Central Offices in Maia
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 10\+ years of progressive experience in IT, with a strong IT management background
- 5\+ years in IT leadership roles managing teams
- Proven track record in IT management in roles of equivalent seniority (essential)
- Experience leading both internal teams and external consultants
- Strategic Leadership \& Governance
- ICT Risk \& Operational Resilience (DORA)
- Compliance, Audit \& Privacy
- Security Operations \& Incident Management
- Team Leadership \& Coordination
- Vendor \& ICT Third\-Party Management
- Business Process Alignment \& Stakeholder Management
