In short: We're seeking a business change driven Cyber PM to join a large utilities company in delivering changes to operational sites across the UK.

Job Purpose

We require a project manager to work with us to lead projects aimed at securing our operational technology infrastructure in line with Ofgem regulations. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, compliance, and external stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery of security initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Managing operational activities within the OT Programme, including financials, reporting, deployment, RAID management, and more


• Coordinating and delivering the programme management portfolio standards and governance framework


• Ensuring consistently delivered experiences and interaction with end users


• Interacting with business units, tech teams and third parties

Experience, Qualifications & Capabilities

• Previous experience of Physical Security - ideally within a Project Management role


• Prior Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) or utilities industry experience an advantage but not essential


• IT and or security certifications an advantage but not essential


• Strong project management experience


• Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organisational skills


• Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills


• Ability to work with virtual teams to solve business challenges
