Role Purpose
The CX Project Manager is responsible for supporting the day‑to‑day delivery, governance, and execution of Client Experience initiatives.
The role ensures consistent tracking, reporting, and adherence to governance standards, enabling senior delivery leaders to focus on strategic outcomes, roadmap ownership, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Coordination and Governance
- Support execution of CX initiatives across multiple workstreams
- Ensure governance standards, and agreed processes are applied consistently
- Proactively manage follow‑ups and coordination activity to maintain delivery momentum
- Maintain ticket hygiene, status accuracy, and dependency tracking
- Monitor progress and follow up with owners to drive movement and closure
- Ensure Jira is a reliable source of delivery and execution data
- Own the creation and maintenance of delivery and governance dashboards
- Provide clear, up‑to‑date visibility of open actions, risks, dependencies, and overdue items
- Actively track actions and follow up with owners to ensure timely closure
- Flag risks, blockers, and slippage early
- Maintain project plans, action logs, and RAID items
- Track execution progress across defined workstreams
- Support preparation of first‑pass reporting for weekly and leadership forums
- Track actions and follow‑ups from meetings and forums
- Ensure actions are reflected in dashboards and tracking tools, not just meeting notes
- Support cadence‑driven delivery and reporting cycles
- Own day‑to‑day delivery coordination and governance execution
- Maintain reliable tracking of actions, risks, and dependencies
- Provide clear, dashboard visibility of execution status
- Drive follow‑ups to maintain delivery discipline
- Reduce administrative and tracking burden on program management team
- Regular interaction with Program Manager and CX leadership
- Ongoing coordination with workstream owners and delivery teams
Essential
- Experience in delivery coordination, governance, or program support roles
- Strong action tracking, follow‑up, and execution discipline
- Experience producing delivery reporting and dashboards
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving, multi‑workstream environment
- Experience working with Jira or similar delivery tracking tools
- Experience supporting governance frameworks or operating models
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
- Ability to create and maintain dashboards, with a proactive and self‑directed approach
- Exposure to client experience, delivery, or transformation initiatives
