<li>Understand and apply data effectively in your searches, positively impacting the Talent Acquisition team's overall metrics</li>
<li>Develop strategic hiring manager partnerships and empower informed decision-making</li>
<li>Build and execute targeted diversity sourcing strategies in adherence with our internal standards</li>
<li>Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout each of your interview processes</li>

<li>Full-cycle recruitment experience, including demonstrated success in running Director-level searches </li>
