Position: Customer Support Representative
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work model: on\-site
Employment type: Full\-time (6 month contract) with possibility of extension / permanent contract
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage both incoming and outgoing customer calls
- Investigate and resolved buyer, seller, customer, or creator issues, including order and logistics inquiries
- Reviewee reported cases within established turnaround times and quality standards
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues according to company protocols.
- Native/fluent in German both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
- Ability to listen actively, identify, apply, and explain service with expertise, clarity, and solve issues in the first contact with customers
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience (preferable)
- Enthusiastic and skilled in technology applications (using a smartphone, tablet or computer)
- Good and customer\-friendly service
- Curious and persistent in solving issues
- Organized and can keep a cool head even in stressful situations
- Working schedule: Monday \- Sunday, 24/7 rotating shifts.
