Customer Support Agent for the German Market

Support customers throughout their online order journey, handling inquiries related to deliveries, payments, returns, and account issues while ensuring a high level of service and data security.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions via phone, email, and chat


• Handle orders, refunds, shipping issues, and payment queries


• Liaise with internal teams, couriers, and partners


• Resolve complex cases and escalate when needed


• Maintain high customer satisfaction and meet KPIs

• Fluent German \+ strong English (at least B2\)


• Strong communication and problem\-solving skills


• Detail\-oriented and able to work under pressure


• Team player with a proactive mindset


• Flexibility for shift work

• 40h/week, rotational shifts


• Sunday to Friday – 07:00 to 20:30


• Days Off \- Saturday and 1 rotational day

• Meal allowance


• Performance bonus up to €180

Pay: 1,100\.00€ \- 1,250\.00€ per month
