We are hiring an Office & Client Support Coordinator to join a busy and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in administration, customer service and sales support.
You will support day-to-day office operations and act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, helping ensure orders, deliveries, and account queries are handled efficiently.
Location: Near Bingham, Nottinghamshire (Fully office-based). Own Transport required due to location
Salary: £26,000

Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
Friday: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
1 hour lunch
OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels
- Process customer orders and support the sales team
- Coordinate deliveries with warehouse and logistics teams
- Liaise with third-party carriers to ensure timely delivery
- Support general office administration and internal systems
- Assist with product samples and dispatch
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Confident using IT systems (ERP experience beneficial)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, proactive and team-focused attitude
- Previous admin or customer service experience is desirable
