Work Pattern: Hybrid. 3 days a week on\-site at our Farringdon office (Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays). Mondays and Fridays remote work.

The role

The role of the Customer Supply Chain Account Coordinator at Norac Foods UK is to manage activities related to both strategic and tactical level planning; material requirements; and inventory control. An analytical logistics role within our Central London HQ, you would study and exploit data regarding our procurement programmes and contracted Suppliers’ performance to measure success and identify potential areas for refinement and cost\-saving.

You would work in close contact with other internal departments including Sales, Marketing and Quality; and our external 3PL Partners, to identify and qualify potential new suppliers; and design and develop suitable new Supply procedures as and when required by Company growth.

Role and Responsibilities:

· Monitoring: Evaluate and select information or other technology solutions to improve tracking and reporting of materials or products relating to demand planning and inventories.

· Reports: Daily reporting of inventories alongside demand vs planned vs actual inbound/outbound activity.

· Forecasting: Build and structure forecasts with our production facilities alongside customer supply chain planners to forecast demand or create supply plans that ensure availability of materials or products.

· Analysis: Analyse existing inventories and advise on improvements i.e., improving inventory returns, reducing waste, etc.

· Define performance: Compare and evaluate supply chain metricssuch asproduct cost or quality.

· Travel requirements. Periodic travel to visit supply chain partners as required.

Competence \& Experience:

· Warehouse WMS knowledge.

· Inventory control experience with attention to detail.

· Skilled in building relationships with external customers and internal sales teams.

· Retailer portals knowledge.

· Logistics experience in a FMCG including imports/exports would be preferable, though all logistics backgrounds considered.

· Understanding of the full chain from source to end user.

o Production – Warehouse – Transport – Primary fleet – Retailer DCs – Shop – End user.

Package

  • 12 months FTC with possible of extension.

  • Salary starting from £37,000

  • Discretionary annual bonus of up to 10% (pro\-rated in accordance with contract duration)

  • Pension: Legal \& General (4% employee contribution / 4% employer contribution)

  • Holiday Entitlement: 26 days plus bank holidays (pro\-rated in accordance with contract duration)

  • Probationary Period: 2 months

  • Notice Period: 2 months
