Required: Driving Licence and own transport

We are seeking a Customer Success \& Technical Consultant to join our team here at Gen Juice, working with secondary schools. Our mission is to provide sustainable and healthy hydration options to these schools, eliminating the 650 million plastic bottles and metal cans used by them each year. Our innovative Drinks Hubs dispensers deliver chilled drinks into students' reusable bottles, reducing waste, saving time and money for schools and giving delicious, healthy drinks which students really enjoy.

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing a group of schools mostly within a 90\-minute travel radius of your home, estimated 25 schools. All of these schools are existing Gen Juice customers – this is not a sales role.

Your tasks will include visiting each school every half\-term, building relationships with Catering and Business Managers, advising of any new products \& developments, fixing technical issues reported by customers as call\-outs, as well as providing basic training and servicing of their Hubs. We provide training so you are fully equipped for the role. Experience in Catering, technical support or DIY is desirable, but not a requirement.

This is a hybrid role joining together customer success and care as well as fixing technical issues that arise at our customer sites in your coverage area.

If you are looking for a rewarding career opportunity, with the ability to still accommodate other commitments, if necessary, this could be just the right fit.

· Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite is required

· Full training will be provided to the successful candidate

· Some technical or DIY background is desirable

· This is a customer facing role consultancy role mixed with hands on technical servicing and call out response

Benefits:
