Datel Solutions are looking for a motivated and organised Customer Success \& Support Coordinator to join our growing team.

This is a varied role combining customer account management, first\-line support and provisioning/administration. The successful candidate will become a key point of contact for our customers, helping to maintain strong client relationships while ensuring services are delivered efficiently and professionally.

This position would suit someone who enjoys dealing with people, is technically minded, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast\-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers

  • Carry out regular customer check\-ins and service reviews

  • Ensure customers are receiving excellent service and support

  • Assist with customer retention and satisfaction
First\-Line Support
  • Handle inbound customer calls and support queries

  • Perform basic broadband diagnostics and troubleshooting

  • Provide first\-line support for hosted telecoms platforms

  • Log and manage support tickets

  • Escalate technical issues to engineers where required
Provisioning \& Administration
  • Process broadband and telecoms orders

  • Coordinate and manage number porting requests

  • Schedule installation and engineering appointments

  • Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding order progress

  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Skills \& Experience

Desirable skills and experience include:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities

  • Confidence using business systems

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload

  • Experience in telecoms, IT support, or customer service would be beneficial

  • Familiarity with broadband, VoIP, or hosted telephony services would be advantageous

Pay: £13\.71\-£14\.21 per hour
