Customer Success Manager, Support - EU

About the role
Customer Success relies on the quality and effectiveness of a CSM’s client interaction. Strong communication between team members, the organization and most importantly to clients encompass the traits a CSM needs in order to be successful. Situational understanding, out of the box thinking and solution seeking are a few key elements that represent qualities in a CSM at Everflow.
Location Requirement
This role is based in our Amsterdam office. The position follows a hybrid schedule with an expectation of working in\-office at least two days per week.
What you'll do
- Ability to comprehend complex inquiries from customers of all industry levels
- Communicate internally and externally concisely \& clearly
- Develop expertise with new products and features and be able to evangelize them with customers
- Provide client feedback to internal teams
- Upsell existing clients on new products and features
- Gain proficiency in Jira, Intercom and Planhat while collaborating with customers
Qualifications
- 4 years of affiliate marketing or digital advertising experience required
- Experience using Everflow or other affiliate tracking platform a big plus
- Strong analytical background and a good grasp of internet technologies
- Background in Ad Operations, Customer Success, Technical Customer Support ideal
- High proficiency in English
- Big Plus if you have experience using the Everflow Platform before
- University Degree/Bachelors
Compensation Package:
Annual Base Salary: €50,000 \- €60,000 (Holiday pay included)

The pay range for this role is:
