Position: Customer Success Manager Location: The Wirral Salary: £25,000 per year

As a Customer Account Liaison, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and nurturing relationships with our valued B2B contract customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to current B2B contract customers to understand their needs and assess their satisfaction with our services.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to identify opportunities for additional services and solutions that align with customer requirements.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of any concerns or issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant information in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with our sales and technical teams to provide insights that drive customer success and loyalty.
- Pass sales leads on to the account managers.
- Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills, able to engage and converse at all levels of an organization.
- Intelligent and quick thinker, capable of understanding customer needs and proposing suitable solutions.
- Previous experience in customer service, account management, or sales is advantageous.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
