What you will do
- You will be responsible for renewing and expanding our product through our customers, ensuring they get the maximum benefit from working with us
- You will develop a comprehensive understanding of the typical business challenges faced by customers, aligning our features and business advantages to their needs
- You will always be one step ahead, identifying risks for customers and proactively addressing them with a mitigation plan
- You will strive for full utilization of customer orders, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with sales teams to drive growth and increase presence
- Where appropriate, you will network between customers and departments, maintaining long\-term relationships with stakeholders to advance the strategic direction of our development
- You have completed your studies in Business Administration or a comparable qualification and have relevant professional experience
- You are familiar with B2B customer development \- ideally in the customer success field \- and tracking all customer needs
- You are used to working in a fast\-paced, international environment and can manage multiple projects and processes simultaneously
- You have experience with (CRM/CSM) tools (e.g., Salesforce), (optional) accounting tools (e.g. DATEV), and (optional) logistics tools (e.g. TMS/TNT)
- Optional: You have already gained experience in project management
- In addition to fluent German, you also have fluent English skills, French skills are a plus
