What You’ll Be Doing

• Onboarding New Customers: Work closely with Sales to ensure a smooth handover and guide customers through onboarding so they can start using the platform quickly and confidently.


• Helping Customers Get the Most from the Product: Build relationships with your portfolio of customers, regularly checking in to understand how they’re using the platform and helping them unlock its full potential.


• Driving Retention and Growth: Spot opportunities to improve adoption, reduce churn, and support customers in achieving their long\-term goals.


• Working Across Teams: Collaborate with Product, Support, and other internal teams to deliver a joined\-up customer experience and share insights that help improve the product.


• Tracking Customer Success: Manage your portfolio through HubSpot, using data and insights to track engagement, retention, and opportunities for growth.

• Customer Success Experience: Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role within a SaaS or technology environment.


• Relationship Building Skills: The ability to build trust with customers, understand their goals, and act as a trusted advisor.


• Commercial and Analytical Thinking: A business mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify opportunities, and help customers achieve measurable value.


• Clear Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence speaking with customers and leading conversations.


• Technical Curiosity: Comfort working with SaaS platforms and learning new technology, with the ability to explain product functionality in a practical way.


• Collaborative Approach: A proactive mindset and willingness to work closely with teams across Sales, Product, and Support.

• Potential Beyond the Contract: This is a 1\-year maternity cover, but the company is growing quickly and there is real potential for the role to become permanent.
