Account Manager/Learning Partner

- Up to £45k basic plus 25% bonus (DOE)
In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of major, key global customers, building strong relationships from onboarding through to annual renewal. You will work closely with clients to understand their objectives, maximise engagement with learning solutions, and identify opportunities for further business growth. Acting as the main day-to-day contact for your customers, you will collaborate with internal teams across sales, professional services, content, technology, and customer success to deliver an outstanding client experience.
The successful candidate will have at least two years’ experience within account management, customer success, or a client-facing commercial role, along with strong communication and relationship-building skills. You should be highly organised, commercially minded, and confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications is essential, and a proactive, self-motivated approach is key.

Technical Skills:
- At least 2 years of Senior Account Management, Customer Success or Sales team experience managing customers through success, planning, retention and growth
- Ambition to forge a career in a commercial role within a growing private equity backed business
- Willingness to learn new skills in customer growth, sales, negotiation and contracting
- Ambition to move up in the business is fully supported as opportunities to develop will increase as the business grows
- Strong presentation and communication skills with an ability to easily build rapport
- Autonomous attitude and ability to work well unsupervised
- Competent IT skills. Proficient in CRM/MS Excel / Word / PowerPoint / LinkedIn
- Strong organisational and time management skills to ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality work.
