The Role

Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Customer Service Operative to join our friendly and dynamic team.
You’ll play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients — coordinating shipments, resolving queries, and ensuring clear communication between customers, carriers, and internal teams for both domestic and international freight.

This is a full\-time, office\-based position offering great opportunities to learn, grow, and progress within a supportive environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Ideally 1\+ year of customer service experience (not essential — we’ll provide full training)


• A confident communicator with strong relationship\-building skills


• Motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude


• Positive mindset with a desire to learn and succeed
