About the role
We’re looking for a Customer Service Co\-ordinator to join AB Sports Nutrition. This isn’t a typical “customer service” job. It sits at the centre of how our business actually operates \- coordinating orders, working with our warehouse, and planning teams, and helping customers when things don’t go to plan.
You’ll be working across customers, internal teams, and logistics partners to help keep orders moving smoothly and customers informed. We’re much more interested in attitude than background.
What you’ll be doing (day to day)
- You’ll support the end\-to\-end process from order to delivery, including:
- Loading and managing customer orders, making sure the right information is captured and shared
- Coordinating with warehouse and planning teams to support in full, on time fulfilment
- Communicating with customers on order status, availability, and delivery queries (mainly email, some phone)
- Supporting shipping activity, including documentation and admin for UK and international deliveries
- Monitoring delivery issues and working with couriers/logistics partners to resolve them
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting invoice checks
- Spotting recurring issues and helping us improve how we work
- Communicate clearly, mainly over email and occasionally on the phone
- Can stay organised and keep track of detail when things get busy
- Are comfortable dealing with customers and resolving issues
- Are numerate enough to work with orders, quantities, and basic checks
- Take pride in doing things properly
- Work well as part of a team and are willing to help others
- Are positive and open to learning
The Team
You’ll be part of a small, close\-knit team that works closely together day to day. We support each other, share problems, and work through issues as a group rather than in silos \- being approachable, helpful, and a good team player really matters here.
Development and Progression
This role offers a strong foundation in how a rapidly growing sports nutrition business operates, with a core focus on order management, logistics, warehousing, and customer operations. Alongside that, there’s broader exposure to how the business runs day to day – including regular interaction with Supply Planning, Sales and Marketing teams, visibility of product development conversations, and touchpoints with our e\-commerce operations. For some people, this can be a starting point for a broader career in operations or supply chain. For others, it’s a chance to build a solid, reliable role within a good team \- both are equally valued.

This is a hybrid role, with regular time in the office to support operational collaboration.
