Customer Services Advisor
Job Summary:

Duties:
\- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
\- Provide accurate information about our products and services
\- Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail
\- Maintain a positive attitude while handling challenging situations
\- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
\- Analyze customer requirements to recommend suitable solutions
Requirements
\- Experience in a customer service role and / or a logistics environment is advantageous but not essential.
\- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Monday to Friday 08:00\-17:00
Salary £28090 pa
Job Type: Full\-time
