Job description
We are looking to recruit a Logistics Customer Services Administrator to join our team.
The job role will require you to manage and enter detail of customer bookings into our workflow system. To liaise with traffic operators, warehouse and contact customers with any further details required throughout.
Key tasks \& responsibilities:
Communication internally with operators and externally with customers to ensure work is carried out to the best of our ability
Maintenance of traffic jobs at booking stage through to completion
Communication with Finance to clear up any customer queries and improve processes
Any other disciplines when required and agreed.
Key Competencies:
Experience in the haulage / loigistics industry.
Be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Good computer skills
Communication both internally and externally to customers
Ability to communicate at all levels.
Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000\.00\-£29,000\.00 per year
