About The Team
You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high\-quality results in a fast\-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities

- Monitor and oversee work order execution in real time to ensure timely, accurate, and service\-oriented completion.
- Coordinate closely with drivers, warehouse teams, customers, and internal cross\-functional departments to maintain seamless day\-to\-day operations.
- Communicate proactive and accurate status updates to all relevant stakeholders throughout the work order lifecycle.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve operational exceptions, including incorrect addresses, cargo discrepancies, and transportation delays.
- Escalate critical issues when necessary and ensure fast, effective resolution to minimize operational disruptions.
- Maintain high service quality standards while supporting continuous operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, optimize workflows, and enhance overall operational performance.
- Work onsite at Steinbrinkstraße 3, 46145 Oberhausen, Germany

- Advanced fluency in German (C1/C2\) and business fluency in English (B2/C1\)
- 1\+ years of experience in an customer service, administrative, or coordination role.
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with an attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast\-paced, dynamic environment.
