About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, organised and personable Customer Service \& Sales Administrator to join our team in Karlsruhe.
Working closely with the Sales Director and wider team, you will provide day\-to\-day support across customer service, sales administration, marketing and general business operations. This is a varied role where you will have the opportunity to build experience across several areas of an international medical device business.
This position would suit someone who is early in their career, a recent graduate, or has some previous experience in administration, customer service, sales support or a similar environment and is looking for an opportunity to develop.
Previous medical device or healthcare experience is not essential. Full training will be provided, so we are primarily looking for someone with the right attitude, strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn and take responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day\-to\-day administrative and organisational support to the Sales Director and wider sales team
- Act as a point of contact for customers, responding to enquiries by telephone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Support existing customers with enquiries relating to orders, deliveries, invoicing and general requests
- Assist with preparing quotations, sales orders and other customer and sales documentation
- Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date customer records, sales information and documentation
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, calendars and travel arrangements where required
- Assist with the organisation of meetings, training sessions, conferences, exhibitions and other events
- Support product launches and customer communication initiatives
- Assist with email and telephone campaigns and other marketing activities
- Coordinate information between customers, sales, clinical support, marketing and other internal teams
- Identify opportunities to introduce customers to relevant products and services
- Assist with market research and other commercial activities
- Provide general office and administrative support to help ensure the wider team operates efficiently
- Take on additional responsibilities and projects as required as you develop within the role

Previous experience in administration, customer service, sales support, office coordination or a similar role would be beneficial but is not essential.
Experience within the healthcare, medical device or life sciences sectors would also be advantageous, although full industry training will be provided.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, dependable, organised and keen to build a long\-term career within an international medical device environment.

Pay: 3\.650,00€ \- 4\.350,00€ per month
