What You’ll Do: We’re seeking Full\-Time Customer Service \& Sales Representatives to join our dynamic Amsterdam locations: Amsterdam Central Station, Amsterdam City Center (Nassaukade), or Amsterdam Zuidas.

• Be the face of Enterprise, delivering exceptional service through in\-person, phone, and email interactions.


• Streamline the rental process by verifying driver details, assigning vehicles, fulfilling special requests, and preparing contracts.


• Provide friendly, efficient support during rentals and returns, resolving inquiries and complaints with professionalism.


• Collaborate with our energetic team to keep our fleet in top shape and ensure smooth operations.


• Create memorable customer experiences that reflect Enterprise’s commitment to excellence.
