Customer Service Representative

Join our dynamic Business Support Department, where curiosity blends with business insights and operational efficiency. You’ll play a central role in supporting customers worldwide, helping them navigate challenges and succeed with SKF products.

What you’ll do

As the voice of SKF toward the customer, you’ll engage in a friendly, professional, and personalized way—creating interactions that truly make a difference.

You will:

• Support customers in identifying root causes and deliver effective, timely solutions


• Collaborate closely with colleagues to gather information and resolve inquiries


• Liaise directly with suppliers and communicate customer‑specific requirements


• Be the first point of contact for quotations and general product inquiries


• Foster strong customer relationships, contributing to our long\-term success

• Technical support and troubleshooting


• Maintaining customer support digital tools


• Data management


• Handling quotation requests


• Ordering and invoicing


• Logistics support


• Availability and lead‑time management


• Supporting the Service Centre team with communications and processing

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly


• Familiarity with ERP systems and their key functionalities


• Experience with quotation processes


• Previous customer support experience (preferred)


• Full professional fluency in English


• Basic understanding of the imperial measurement system (inches)


• Advanced skills in Office 365, especially Excel, for data handling and reporting


• Preferably experience with SAP and AS/400


• Availability to work full‑time to ensure consistent customer support.

• A base salary of €4,100 – €5,100 per month (based on 40 hours per week), depending on knowledge and experience
