- Permanent / Full time \- 37\.5 Contracted hours per week
- Shifts between the hours of 7\.45am \- 5\.30pm Monday to Friday 8am – 1pm Saturdays (Average 1 Saturday in 8\)
We are looking for someone who is passionate about customers, has excellent communications skills, attention to detail, a positive attitude and the ability to keep calm under pressure. Ideally you will have some experience within a customer service environment. Knowledge of Microsoft office would be helpful, but is not essential, as we will provide a comprehensive 4\-week induction plan to support you.
