About the Role:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch support. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. Your day will be filled with engaging interactions and the satisfaction of resolving customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Repair/Work Orders, including Loaner management
- Arrange returns and collections, and handle proof of delivery and pricing requests
- Manage incoming emails and calls with professionalism and care
- Proactively communicate with both internal and external customers
- Investigate and resolve invoice disputes effectively
- Log and follow up on issue resolutions, ensuring clear communication back to the customer
- Take responsibility for executing tasks while supporting colleagues across various complex areas
- Collaborate with your team to effectively organise and prioritise tasks within your specific areas
- Work cross-functionally on customer-specific topics to enhance service delivery
- Assist in mentoring and training junior colleagues, sharing your expertise and knowledge

This position offers hybrid working, with three days in the office and rotating shifts to provide flexibility. Shifts include:
- 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
