Location: Kings Cross, London
Remuneration: £24,000 - £26,000 per year Plus fully paid travel!!

Responsibilities:
- Process all insurance claims, including sickness and life insurance claims.
- Assist customers with factual inquiries via phone, email, or letter.
- Respond to customer requests for information about our products.
- Maintain high levels of integrity while managing sensitive information.
- Preferably have knowledge or experience in the insurance / membership industry.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Proficient in computer literacy.
- Self-starter with a knack for meeting deadlines.
- High integrity and self-motivation.
- Creative thinker capable of problem-solving.
- Attention to detail and effective multi-tasking abilities.
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills.
- Full-time permanent employment with a competitive salary.
- 22 days of holiday plus bank holidays (pro-rata).
