As the Customer Service Manager, you will oversee daily operations, lead a team, and implement strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency.
About the Role:
- Managing and developing a customer service team

- Handling escalated customer queries and complaints
- Developing service processes and training programmes

- Proven experience in a senior customer service role

£27,000 – £28,000 per annum
Full-time, Monday to Friday
