CP Chemicals is a Belgian distributor of specialty chemicals and raw materials, with a strong international focus on Africa and the Middle East.
To support our growth, we are opening a position for a Customer Service \& Logistics Coordinator within our Antwerp based team.
Your Role
You will be a dynamic key link between our customers, suppliers, logistics partners and commercial team, managing international orders flow from confirmation through to final delivery.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Processing and following up sales and purchase orders in Odoo
- Daily communication with customers and suppliers
- Proactively monitoring orders, deadlines and delivery schedules
- Coordinating international sea, road and air freight
- Liaising with freight forwarders, shipping lines and warehouses
- Preparing and checking export and shipping documentation
- Following shipments through to their final destination
- Proactively resolving operational or logistical issues
- Supporting administrative requirements such as Intrastat reports
We are looking for a true team\-player, organised, accurate, proactive and customer\-focused.
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, export or international trade
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple files and deadlines independently
- Solution\-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
- Experience with Odoo or another ERP system is a plus
- Chemical industry experience is not required
- Very good French – required
- Very good English – required
- Good knowledge of Dutch

Pay: €40\.000,00 \- €55\.000,00 per year
