Sales & Customer Service Executive

One of Scotland’s leading independent suppliers of catering, hygiene, and packaging solutions to the hospitality industry. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for 2 x Sales & Customer Services Executive to join our busy office team and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
The Role
You’ll be a key part of our operations, supporting our external sales team and being the go-to person for everything from customer orders to general admin. If you’re organised, personable, and love a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the sales team with quotes, pricing, order forms, and general admin
- Processing customer orders accurately (including using platforms like Procure Wizard)
- Handling customer calls and emails
- Responding to enquiries, preparing quotations, and helping resolve any issues
- Assisting with product updates and admin tasks for our website
- Previous experience in admin or customer service (ideally B2B or within hospitality)
- Strong IT and computer literacy skills
- A proactive attitude – someone who takes initiative and gets things done
- Excellent attention to detail and great organisational skills
- The ability to juggle tasks and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Hours: Mon–Thurs 9am–5pm, Fri 9am–4pm (office-based)
- Holidays: 29 days including bank holidays
