About the Role Robert Half is recruiting for a highly organised and proactive Project Assistant to support the successful delivery of a range of construction-related projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with previous project support experience within the construction sector who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and coordinating multiple priorities. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within scope while supporting project teams with administration, communication, and progress tracking.
Key Responsibilities • Assist with the planning, coordination, and delivery of project activities
- Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and reports
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines
- Support budgeting processes and expense tracking where required
- Identify potential project risks and escalate issues appropriately
- Provide general administrative support to the wider project team
- Ensure project information is organised, up-to-date, and readily accessible
- Previous experience in a Project Assistant, Project Support, Project Administrator, or similar role
- Experience working within the construction or built environment sector
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience using project management software and collaboration tools
- A proactive and positive approach to work
